How long does shipping take?

Bogotá: Our shipments in Bogotá are delivered within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order.

Other cities in Colombia: For the rest of the country, orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Domestic Shipping: $18,000 COP

Express Shipping (delivery in less than 24 hours for Bogotá only): $25,000 COP

If your purchase is over $350,000 COP, shipping will be free to any city in Colombia.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide from Colombia through our logistics partners FedEx and DHL.

Estimated delivery time: 8–10 business days once your order is confirmed.

Customs Duties & Import Fees

Depending on your country’s regulations, additional duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply.

If required, these charges must be paid by the customer for the package to be released by customs.

They are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are non-refundable.
