Terms and Conditions for International Orders

We are excited to ship internationally as we continue expanding Vera & Estopa into new countries.
While we finalize our logistics and prepare to offer local delivery and free returns, please review the information below before placing your order:

1. Shipping Information

All international orders are shipped from Colombia through FedEx or DHL.
Estimated delivery time: 8–10 business days, depending on the destination and local logistics conditions.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package in real time.

2. Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or clearance charges required by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

If customs requires payment to release your package, the customer must handle this payment directly with the carrier or customs authority.
Vera & Estopa does not refund customs duties, import taxes, or related charges under any circumstances.

3. Package Release & Customs Clearance

If required charges are not paid, the package may be held by customs or returned to the sender.
Vera & Estopa is not responsible for delays, returns, or additional charges caused by unpaid customs fees or import restrictions in the destination country.

4. Notifications & Tracking

Please check your email and text messages regularly.
Shipping carriers in many countries send notifications regarding:

  • pending customs payments

  • delivery updates

  • package release alerts

Failure to respond to these notices may delay delivery.

5. Returns & Exchanges (Temporarily Unavailable)

At this time, international orders are final sale.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for international shipments due to the complexity and high cost of cross-border logistics.

This policy is temporary while we work on establishing a physical presence in your country and implementing:

  • faster local delivery

  • free returns

  • simpler size-exchange processes

We are working to bring Vera & Estopa closer to you.
Our goal is to open a physical store in your country soon, so you can enjoy faster deliveries, free returns, and an in-person shopping experience.

6. Shipping Costs

International shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable, even if the package is returned or refused by customs.
